Carpenter / Team Lead – Windows & Façade We are looking for an experienced carpenter with expertise in window replacement and façade work. You should be self-reliant, meticulous, and have a good understanding of on-site construction production. Requirements: At least 6 years of experience in carpentry/construction Experience with window replacement and façade work is a plus Experience with mitring is a major advantage Ability to work independently and take responsibility Good collaboration skills and leadership qualities Solid general carpentry experience also works, as we are open to training the right person for the role. We would like the person to step in as a team lead initially, with the opportunity to develop further into a foreman position within the company in the long term.
