The role as a carpenter with us As a carpenter at Mp bygg & snickeri in Ale ab, you will have varied work since we work with everything from new construction and renovations to remodeling in both small and large projects. Since the work involves customized solutions, we require you as a person to be self-driven, responsible, and thorough. We value that you have good organizational skills and place great importance on personal fit. You are flexible and can work both independently and as part of a team. What we are looking for in our carpenters: * We are looking for you who have experience in construction and have previously worked as a carpenter. You are responsible, responsive, and quality-conscious while also driving projects forward and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks. * You see yourself as a problem solver and enjoy taking your own initiatives. * You enjoy working toward set goals and can handle working under time pressure. * You are thorough with both schedules and safety. * You are positive and contribute to good team spirit. * You are communicative and speak and write Swedish fluently. * A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
