We are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague to lead a shift in our wood processing facility. Your responsibilities will include: • Organization and planning of work on the assigned shift (approximately 10 employees) • Assignment of work tasks and supervision of their completion • Quality and quantity control of completed work • Ensuring smooth production and product dispatch operations • Responsibility for meeting the production plan • Work involves primarily shift management directly in the facility, with administrative tasks comprising approximately 10% of the job duties Required knowledge and skills: • Experience in leading a work team • Good organizational and communication skills • Independence, reliability, and responsible approach • Technical thinking • Group B driver's license We offer: • Full-time employment (2-3 shift operation) • Salary 38,500 – 50,000 Kč (based on experience and production plan fulfillment) • Stable employment in an established company • Start date flexible by agreement
