Job Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Direct operators on shift, plan their work, and oversee the achievement of goals. - Production Planning: Ensure the correct quantity of parts is produced on time. - Quality Control: Work closely with the quality department and ensure that visible parts for premium automakers meet the highest standards. - Work Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
