We are a growing food truck operation in Gothenburg with a fast pace, strong team spirit, and a major focus on quality, service, and development. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the trade properly, take responsibility, and have the opportunity to grow further within the company.
About the Role
As a Smash Chef, you will primarily work at the grill and be responsible for preparing our smash burgers quickly, safely, and with consistent quality.
Job duties include:
Preparing smash burgers
Prepping the grill station
Safely handling raw materials
Monitoring temperature, quality, and portion sizes
Communicating with the service and kitchen team
Cleaning and sanitizing your work station
Opening and closing procedures
Working during high-volume periods
You will work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Previous experience in restaurants, grilling, or fast food is a plus, but not required. For us, the right attitude, work ethic, and sense of responsibility are just as important. You'll receive on-the-job training.

Scope: Part-time or full-time by agreement

Work Hours: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Start Date: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible
