The position involves performing the following key activities: Conducting comprehensive state health supervision in facilities within the scope of occupational hygiene, including imposing measures within the scope of supervision and subsequent resolution of findings; Performing actions in misdemeanor proceedings and making decisions thereon in accordance with internal procedural rules; Fulfilling tasks as a public health protection authority as a concerned administrative office in local investigations; Performing actions during investigations related to verifying conditions for disease onset for the purpose of assessing occupational diseases; Participating in health risk assessment in accordance with the public health protection law within the scope of performed activities; Preparing statements, opinions, notifications, and cooperative opinions for other departments; participating in addressing public concerns, government and local authority inquiries in the field of occupational hygiene, processing information requests, complaints, and petitions; Preparing documentation for issuing decisions, permits, certificates, and other measures by public health protection authorities or issuing them within the scope of assigned competencies; Maintaining records of facilities in the work categorization information system, entering data, and ongoing verification, ensuring factual and professional accuracy of entered data; Ensuring professional management of documents and records and their proper disposal in archival proceedings; Conducting sample collection in connection with investigations of occupational diseases and entering data into the National Register of Occupational Diseases; Processing notifications of work involving asbestos in accordance with § 41 of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on public health protection and related amendments; Monitoring the placement of biocidal products on the market in accordance with Act No. 324/2016 Coll. and Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on making available on the market and use of biocidal products as amended; Monitoring the placement of chemical substances and mixtures on the market and their classification, packaging and labeling in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals (REACH Regulation) as amended, Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 16, 2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC and amending Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (CLP Regulation) as amended; Entering data from biocide and chemical substance and mixture inspections into the ICSMS system; Performing other similar activities within the organizational assignment and designated service functions.
