Job Description As a security guard, your primary task is to deliver safety for our customers. You do this, for example, in a monitoring center or at an access control point. As a security guard, you have greater authority than a regular guard and often work in close collaboration with our customers' personnel on facilities that are critical to Sweden's security. The work is independent and often feels free, but with great responsibility. Work tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, nights or days. Shift lengths vary, but are often arranged in 12-hour shifts. Since we operate every day of the year, it is common to work every other weekend.
