Job Description As a security guard, your main task is to deliver security at our customers' sites. You do this, for example, in a security control center or at an access control point. As a security guard, you have greater authority than a guard and often work closely with our customers' personnel at facilities that are critical to Sweden's security. The work is independent and often feels free, but with great responsibility. Work tasks are highly varied and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, night or day. Shift lengths vary, but are often arranged in 12-hour shifts. Since we operate every day of the year, it is common to work every other weekend. Military Security Guard: If you have completed security guard training as part of the Swedish Armed Forces basic training, it can be validated for civilian use.
