Our Operations Psychosis Clinic A provides services for people over 18 years of age. The clinic has a special mandate for specialist psychiatric assessment, treatment, care and rehabilitation for patients with schizophrenia or schizophrenia-like conditions. All patients are assigned a responsible physician and a coordinator (case manager). The clinic's approach is based on the National Board of Health and Welfare's National Guidelines for care and support in schizophrenia and schizophrenia-like conditions, with the goal that patients with support and assistance can live as independent a life as possible. Patients at the clinic are offered, among other things, IMR (illness, management and recovery), interventions according to the psychiatric rehabilitation care program, social skills training, VOSS (care and support coordination) and health-promoting measures. The work is team-based. Each team consists of psychologists, specialist physicians, specialist psychiatric nurses, nurses, healthcare assistants, occupational therapists and social workers. We collaborate with other healthcare providers within the municipality and county and we also offer support to relatives. Your Mission In your role as a healthcare assistant, your primary tasks are to coordinate patient care by being a fixed point of contact. You will also be involved in leading our health-promoting groups. You collaborate closely with colleagues from other professions to ensure a cohesive care process. An important part of the position is to offer support and guidance to patients and their networks, both through individual support conversations and in groups. You will also cooperate with the municipality, social services and other healthcare providers to create the best possible conditions for patients. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant. Previous experience from psychiatric care, especially within the psychosis field is meritorious. As a person you are committed, flexible and have an easy time collaborating. A driver's license is a plus. You have the ability to work independently and are attentive to both patients' and relatives' needs and situations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
