Riksäpplets gymnasium is a beautifully located upper secondary school by Rudans outdoor recreation area. Haninge's Adapted Upper Secondary School is located close to Eskilsparken and Torvalla sports center. The schools house Haninge's introduction program and the adapted upper secondary school. Your assignment Your assignment is to work together with school management and other student health competencies to create the best possible conditions for students' health, development, and learning by contributing a medical perspective. You meet with students individually for health conversations and health examinations according to our base program, you follow up on student matters and collaborate with relevant contacts within and outside the school to support student learning. Furthermore, you work continuously with the school physician throughout the school year and organize receiving student visits. We value if you're open to holding activities with teachers at the group level focusing on health and student well-being. We'd like you to participate in the school's safety work and become a natural sounding board for our counselor. What we're looking for in you You are a trained nurse with requirements for further education as follows: District nurse Child and youth specialist School nurse through education in Skövde What we can offer you As a school nurse in Haninge municipality, we ensure that you feel part of a larger professional group. You are employed at the school with the principal as your immediate supervisor but also have colleagues at the municipality's other schools. The professional group meets once per month for professional education and information. You will be offered supervision and annual attendance at the school nurse congress. As a new school nurse, you will participate in the municipality's introduction program with information meetings and individually tailored follow-ups. We are located in bright, pleasant facilities with good parking options and proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, nature areas with swimming, skiing and running trails, and to Hands commuter train station, just 20 minutes from Söder.
