Responsibilities With the support of JENSEN's Central Student Health, school physician, and our other school nurses throughout the country, you will be responsible for planning and organizing work according to current guidelines for student health's medical services. You will be part of the school's student health team where you, in collaboration with other student health professionals, contribute your expertise in medicine, health, and care. You will work with health promotion and prevention at the individual, group, and organizational level conduct health consultations and be responsible for health examinations and vaccinations take significant personal responsibility for shaping the role based on your own experience and the needs that exist collaborate and work together for the student's best interest. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist education with a focus on school, children and youth, or as a district nurse. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a school nurse. As a person, you are empathetic and engaged. You are good at building trusting relationships and value collaboration with colleagues. Your communication style is clear and friendly, and you are as good at listening as at speaking. You take your responsibilities seriously and proactively drive processes forward while delivering reliably. Your self-leadership is pronounced and you make a difference through your sense of responsibility. You are also good at planning and acting based on clear goals and have the ability to quickly shift focus if needed. You have a strong drive and strive to achieve high results and are pleased when students and colleagues succeed. Terms This is a permanent employment at 70%. We apply a 6-month trial period.
