Work Tasks and Responsibilities
With the support of JENSEN's Central Student Health, school physicians, and our other school nurses across the country, you will be responsible for planning and organizing work according to current guidelines for the medical aspects of student health services. You will be part of the school's student health team where you contribute your expertise in medicine, health, and care in collaboration with the other competencies of student health services. The role is combined with the role of school counselor.
Promote health and prevent illness at the individual, group, and organizational level
Conduct health consultations and be responsible for health screenings and vaccinations
Collaborate and cooperate for the benefit of the student
Qualifications
We are looking for a registered nurse with specialist training focused on school, children, and youth, or a district nurse. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working as a school nurse. As a person, you are organized and have good planning skills. You work independently while valuing close collaboration with the school's staff. Your approach is empathetic. You enjoy your work and build trust with students, guardians, and colleagues through your responsible and engaged personality. Employment Terms
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. The role involves a total of 50%, allocated as 20% at the primary school and 30% at the secondary school. Start date by agreement.
