Work location: Krapice 37, 351 01 Františkovy Lázně. Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year, with possibility of conversion to indefinite contract. Work hours Monday-Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (during spring/fall season, work hours may extend to 4:30 PM). Job responsibilities: Your work will be diverse - you will spend part of the day in the office and part outdoors among plants on our outdoor cultivation areas. No routine, just meaningful work with nature and people. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the forest nursery - you will oversee the entire nursery operations and ensure proper functioning - Leading a work team - you will become a support for your team and coordinate daily work - Maintaining nursery records - careful data recording and overview of nursery status - Processing and preparing orders - communication with customers and partners, preparing shipments - Plant inspection - regular supervision of health and quality of cultivated material.
