Then the role of forest management leader could be your next step. We are now seeking a forest management leader for a brand new team within timber supply, who wants to take a central role in our efforts to drive, plan, and quality assure forestry management activities across our entire operational area. As a forest management leader, you are responsible for the entire chain from planning and implementation to quality monitoring of forestry management measures. You are a confident and present leader for contractors and you work closely with timber buyers and other functions to ensure delivery of high quality to our customers. You will also be an important part of our development work, where you contribute to testing, implementing, and rolling out new methods, instructions, and digital ways of working that strengthen our operations. Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with our partners in forest management and care Ensure that assignments are executed with high quality in accordance with our customers' expectations Conduct analyses, designations, edits, and compilations in our IT systems Participate in planning forestry management activities and fire preparedness Follow up on results Conduct internal quality monitoring and contribute to continuous improvement of operations We offer exciting and varied work in an environment characterized by cohesion, team spirit, and an open climate.
