We are now recruiting a forest management leader for a brand new team within timber supply, who wants to take a central role in driving, planning, and ensuring quality of forest management measures across our entire operational area. As a forest management leader, you are responsible for the entire chain from planning and implementation to quality follow-up of forest management measures. You are a trusted and present leader for contractors, and you work closely with timber buyers and other functions to ensure delivery of high quality to our customers. You will also be an important part of our development work, where you contribute to testing, introducing, and implementing new methods, instructions, and digital working practices that strengthen our operations. Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with our partners in forest care and forest management Ensure that assignments are completed with high quality in accordance with our customers' expectations Conduct analyses, surveys, edits, and compilations in our IT systems Participate in planning of forest management measures and fire preparedness Follow-up of results Conduct internal quality follow-up and contribute to continuous improvement of operations We offer exciting and varied work in an environment characterized by solidarity, team spirit, and an open climate. You report to the forest management manager, and the office location for the position is Arvika or Skoghall/Udden. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who thrives both out in the forest and in a leadership role. You are confident in making decisions, work in a structured manner, and have good communication skills. As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented and thrive in an operational role where your forestry knowledge makes a real difference.
