Work hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Job Responsibilities: • Shaping glassware products through free-hand blowing and molding into forms • Shaping glassware products through spinning techniques • Shaping glassware products through gluing and layering glass • Shaping glassware products from various types of glass through multiple pickup and underpick techniques • Shaping artistic glass products in collaboration with a designer and according to customer specifications • Maintenance, care, and minor repairs of glass-blowing equipment • Quality control of products • Collaboration with other team members Requirements: • Manual dexterity and attention to detail • Reliability and responsible approach • Experience in the glass-blowing industry is a plus (not a requirement – we are happy to train) We Offer: • Stable employment in a traditional Czech company • Competitive salary + bonuses • Professional training • Meal allowance • Possibility of company housing/accommodation • Pension insurance contribution
