For 30 years, AGROAD has been supplying spare parts for tractors and other agricultural machinery. We're looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, values order, and is reliable. What will you do with us? - receive goods, unpack, label, and store them properly - pick and prepare orders - pack and prepare shipments for dispatch - collaborate with colleagues from sales and purchasing departments to keep everything running smoothly - sometimes lift heavier boxes - your muscles will come in handy Who are we looking for? - someone reliable, hardworking, and physically fit - tractor parts are no joke - someone who can pull their weight and handle peak times when needed - someone fast but careful - it's not a race, but accuracy counts - ideally someone ready to start as soon as possible Advantages, but not requirements: - interest in machinery, agriculture, or spare parts - ideas on how to improve warehouse efficiency - we're happy to listen What do we offer you? - full-time employment in a single-shift operation (no night shifts or weekends) - regular working hours and dinner at home every day - 5 days of additional vacation per year beyond the legal minimum - monthly performance bonuses - annual bonus up to 13th month salary - hiring bonus of 10,000 Kč - Multisport card at a discounted rate - meal vouchers - free coffee, tea, and fruit at the workplace - great team, relaxed management, pleasant environment in Kuřim - company team-building events and shared breakfasts Interested?
