Warehouse Technician and Expeditor
ACS International s.r.o., which is part of the international group 2JCP, is a dynamically developing company operating in the field of design and provision of technical solutions, particularly for energy and industrial construction. Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany, and Poland, we support renowned customers in the field of switchboard manufacturing, installations, technology commissioning, and system maintenance. We are looking for a motivated professional for our Warehouse and Shipping Department.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Receipt of goods (visual incoming inspection) and verification of accompanying documents
• Storage, issuance of goods, inventories
• Update of inventory data, maintenance of records on material movement and inventory overview, potential communication regarding reports with the accounting and purchasing departments
• Work in internal IT warehouse management system, Excel, Word
• Upon project completion – sorting and storage of materials brought from the construction site
• Communication with carriers for shipping, arrangement of transportation, packaging materials for shipment
• Preparation of material items for final shipment of individual projects (including documentation). Creation of all necessary documents
• Coordination of shipment in collaboration with the purchasing department, sometimes requiring English language communication
• Handling of heavy loads
• Single-shift operation
Requirements:
• Secondary education with diploma / Vocational training
• Experience with warehouse management preferred
• Administrative skills, proficiency in PC work, strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• English at a communicative level
• Category B driver's license, active driver
• Independence, responsibility for assigned tasks, reliability, attention to detail
• Forklift operator certification advantageous
