Performing warehouse work according to work instructions to meet customer requirements and quantity and quality standards. Material receipt and checking its quantity and quality, material documentation, material storage, material dispatch according to planning and production requirements. - Responsibility for accurate physical and system status of material and material movement, correct material ordering and proper inventory throughout the warehouse and also for collecting all cardboard from the warehouse, pallet packing. - Performing the work of a binder or crane operator as needed subject to valid qualifications. - As needed, operation of handling equipment: low-level stacker, high-level stacker. - Material inspection (comparison of stock levels with the system). - Order picking from warehouse locations and shelves according to relevant reports. Material ordering with regard to requirements and material levels in the warehouse. - Scanning cardboard into electronic systems, material packing and pallet loading. Label printing and material labeling. - Reporting and resolving discrepancies; cooperation with other departments in problem-solving including material handover. Conducting regular inventories and spot checks. - Working with the SAP system. - Loading and unloading trailers. - Participating in warehouse process improvements. - If necessary, performs temporary operator work. - Responsibility for compliance with internal regulations and employer guidelines and occupational safety, fire protection and emergency response principles, 5S.
