Additional Information: Every order must reach the customer properly packaged and on time. Thanks to you, shipping operations will run flawlessly. We're looking for someone who loves organization, can plan their work well, and is able to communicate with shipping companies. You will prepare orders for shipment, arrange transportation, and ensure that our labels reach customers safely and on time. What will your job duties include? - Packing finished products according to customer requirements. - Arranging transportation with shipping companies. - Preparing shipments including necessary shipping documents. - Labeling and verifying the correctness of shipped orders. - Working in the internal information system and recording sent shipments. - Communication with carriers and colleagues from production and sales departments. - Quality control of packed goods before shipment. - Contributing to process improvements in the shipping department. - Work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts or 12-hour day shifts in a short/long week schedule. What experience and skills should you have? - You have experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics. - You can work on a computer and learn new systems quickly. - You are able to organize your work well and set priorities. - You are careful, reliable, and responsible. - You are not afraid of communicating with carriers or handling shipping-related administration. - You speak fluent Czech. - You have a clean criminal record.
