Shift-Based Industrial Electrician

Prevas Installation is now seeking an industrial electrician for a long-term position with a client. The work involves an assignment approximately 45 minutes from Västerås.
About the Role
As an industrial electrician, you will be part of a maintenance team with broad technical expertise, where you collectively ensure that production runs safely and efficiently. The role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as participation in development, installations, and improvement work at the facility.
Work is conducted on a shift basis, which requires flexibility, collaboration skills, and accountability.
Your Main Responsibilities
You will work on tasks including:
performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
participating in renovations and new equipment acquisitions
supporting installations and modifications or new designs
updating maintenance plans and templates for preventive maintenance
contributing to developing methods and procedures to improve and streamline work processes
What We're Looking For
electrical technical education
at least five years of experience in a similar role
broad technical understanding of industrial facilities
we prefer that you live within approximately 45 minutes' driving distance from the workplace
B-category driver's license
It's a Plus If You Have
experience in industrial electrical and automation
knowledge of programmable control systems
experience with electrical power, hydraulics, and pneumatics
