Hassela Ski Resort is a winter sports and conference facility in northern Hälsingland. Our guests are largely families with children, but we also welcome camping guests, day visitors from the surrounding area, and other groups. Guest satisfaction is our priority, and our goal is to always create memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
Hassela Ski Resort offers diverse skiing with 20 slopes and 8 lifts. Groomed cross-country trails are available in 2.5 km, 4 km, and 8 km distances. The facility includes both a hotel and cottage village with nearly 900 beds total. The resort also features conference facilities, a swimming complex, winter camping, bars, restaurants, ski rental, and a ski shop.
About the Role
In the ski rental, you will equip our guests with the right equipment based on their needs, experience, and preferences. You are responsible for managing the cash register and booking system where all rentals and transactions are recorded. The work also includes servicing and maintaining equipment, including preparation and ongoing maintenance, to ensure our materials always maintain high quality.
In addition to working in the ski rental and ski shop, you will be part of Hassela Ski Resort's overall operations. This means you may be asked to support other departments at the facility when needed. Work tasks may therefore vary depending on season, occupancy, and operational needs. We seek someone who is flexible, unpretentious, and enjoys helping where it's needed most.
The role also includes unpacking and managing materials, booking ski lessons, and sales in our ski shop where we offer guests complementary sports and leisure products.
