You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a must to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this through, among other things, training in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. Are you a student or do you have another occupation and want to work part-time? This is a job for you if you are flexible with work shifts that usually occur with short notice. You will work between 0 and 60% of a full-time position and may be offered work shifts from 17:00–22:00 Monday to Friday, as well as 11:00–16:00 on Saturdays. We are looking for someone available approximately 3 shifts per week. Estimated start is week 41 and you will be based at Häradsvägen 253, Segeltorp. What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meet our customers where they are. Whether they are agent partners, private customers, or corporate clients. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the job alone, but team spirit is important. Patient & calm: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep your balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key. So are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Good physical condition: Yes, you are sitting still while driving, but you need to be able to handle lifting during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and touch. You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
