You & Us & The Job As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral goods transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this through, among other things, training in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a fixed-term employment with an employment rate of 45%. The employment starts week 45 and runs through week 2, with the possibility of extension. Your working hours are scheduled for 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, 15:00-21:00. A forklift certificate and access to a car are merits. You will be based at Cementvägen 8, Luleå. What you will do Loading, picking up and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are partners, private or business customers. Who you are Curious and self-directed: You do a large part of the job on your own, but team spirit is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation and delivery are keywords. As are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. In good physical condition: Yes, you are sedentary while driving, but you need to be able to handle loading and unloading. For this you need to have good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unplanned things require flexibility. Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
