Hagagården is a private psychiatric residential facility in Båstad that offers both short-term accommodation and housing with special services (BMSS). We are now seeking day staff (USK) who want to work closely with residents in our housing with special services. At our facility, the relationship with residents is central. Our work is based on a person-centered approach where security, participation, and individual support are in focus. As a team member, you are an important part of the residents' daily lives and actively work with contact person responsibilities, where continuity, trust, and genuine commitment are crucial. About the Position As day staff, you work closely with residents and contribute to structure, security, and meaning in their daily lives. Your responsibilities include: Care and daily support based on individual needs Support during anxiety and mental health challenges Contact person responsibilities with accountability for selected residents including scheduling appointments, arranging requested activities, and/or support in daily life Alarm handling and documentation Who Are We Looking For?
