Sound Technician Siguldas novada Kultūras centrs (Registration No. 40900010595) invites a sound technician to join our team at Siguldas novada Kultūras centrs "Siguldas devons" for an indefinite period. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure professional sound coverage for events organized by Siguldas novada Kultūras centrs, adapting sound systems and technical solutions to the specific needs of each event (providing sound coverage at the Culture Center's branches in Morē, Allažos, and Siguldas pagasts as needed). Prepare, install, configure, and operate sound and video equipment to support event delivery in Siguldas novads. Maintain sound quality during events, promptly addressing technical issues and adjusting sound solutions as needed. Collaborate with producers, directors, artists, event organizers, and other technical team members to ensure sound quality meets the artistic and technical requirements of the event. Perform daily maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of the Culture Center's sound equipment and related technical infrastructure. Identify technical issues and, within the scope of your competence, perform minor repairs and maintenance work, as well as arrange for equipment repairs when necessary. Requirements: Level 1 higher professional education with at least 1 year of experience in event technical support; ability to plan and organize your time in accordance with work demands; knowledge of and ability to work with sound processing software and equipment.
