About the Position As a claims adjuster, you will receive customers and their damage claims, both in person and digitally. You are responsible for creating damage estimates, communicating with insurance companies, guiding the customer through the process, and scheduling work in our damage repair shop. We work in the CABAS program and always repair according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. We work as a team to help our customers in the best possible way. During your work, you will work in close contact with the body shop and paint department to ensure quality. Requirements: · Category B driver's license · Very good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish Meritorious: · Experience working as a claims adjuster, parts advisor, technician, or similar · Previous work with one of our car brands About Mechanum Mechanum is an authorized car repair shop that since its founding in 2008 has actively worked to change customers' perception of our industry by offering car service and damage repair at a quality and service level you have never experienced before.
