About the position
As a claims advisor, you will work with meeting customers, offering world-class service, and managing the claims process from start to finish. Your responsibilities include customer reception, appointment scheduling, rental car booking, invoicing, damage inspection, and cost estimation for insurance companies. You are also responsible for planning work for damage technicians in Cabplan.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with good knowledge of cars and car repairs, preferably with experience as a claims assessor, claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repair technician. It is advantageous if you have vehicle technical training and documented experience from the automotive industry. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a strong sense of service, are solution-oriented, and strive to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are organized, thorough, and have the ability to prioritize in a workday that may involve many different tasks. Experience working in Cabas and using telephone and computer as work tools is a requirement, as is a class B driving license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Your profile To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a good sense of service and have the attitude to always see solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and employees. Since the work tasks are many and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be organized and thorough in your work approach. It is a requirement to be experienced in working with Cabas as well as telephone and computer as work tools.
