Your job is to be responsible for patient care, which includes medical assessments, medication management, and support and guidance to your colleagues. The work involves considerable responsibility, as you will be the nurse responsible for a residential unit or area. If you lack relevant work experience, you will work alongside an experienced colleague for two months or longer, as we know that the introduction period is very important for both you and us. YOUR PROFILE We believe in the right skills in the right place. We are looking for you as a licensed nurse with strong sense of responsibility. Experience in care of older adults is seen as positive. If you have further training in elderly care, psychiatry, and/or as a district nurse, that is an advantage. A B-category driving license and driving experience are required for the position. It is important that you enjoy meeting people, have good teamwork skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should also appreciate challenges, and we would like to see that you are willing to contribute new ideas and ways of thinking.
