We are seeking nurses for our health and medical care unit with positions in pool, residential care, or home care.

JOB DUTIES
Your work will include all nursing duties, and as part of our pool, you will be a resource for both residential care units and home care. In recent years, our operations have developed to provide more advanced care in patients' homes, which means the work is varied, interesting, stimulating, and challenging—no two days are the same.
Our operations involve continuous change and improvement work, and we want you to be part of developing the future health and medical care for our Kramfors residents. Kramfors Municipality has advanced far in implementing welfare technology and digitalization. Using technical solutions is part of our approach and our thinking when meeting citizens' needs and is an important part of our systematic occupational health and safety work. We actively work with quality, patient safety, and operational development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse. Specialist training or work experience in district care, palliative care, elderly care, geriatrics, or dementia care is advantageous.
We welcome innovative thinking and see great advantages in you actively participating in developing our operations. We place great importance on personal qualities.
Your communication skills are important, which is why you need strong Swedish language skills, both written and spoken. We also value good computer skills.
A driver's license category B is required.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent; Start date: Start date by agreement; End date: April 30, 2026.
