We are now recruiting nurses for temporary work as needed throughout the year. As a nurse in health and care services in the small archipelago municipality of Trosa, you will have a varied role with exciting encounters in a beautiful environment. We need both those who want to work days/evenings and those who want to work nights. The Health and Care Unit maintains close contact with the health center in Trosa. There are short decision-making paths and you also have geographical proximity to both colleagues in other professional groups and patients. You will become part of a unit with great work satisfaction and strong cohesion. Currently, the Health and Care Unit employs 25 nurses, six occupational therapists, four physiotherapists, and two nursing assistants. We help each other both within the team and between different professional groups in other units. We care greatly for one another and have a work climate where everyone's opinions and input are valued and encouraged. A willingness to continue developing and learning characterizes the activities, and we dare to test new approaches. WHAT DOES YOUR ASSIGNMENT AS A NURSE ENTAIL? In Trosa Municipality, we can offer independent and varied work where you as a nurse are available 24/7. We work based on individual needs, and flexibility is an important piece of the puzzle for the whole to function. You will perform and be responsible for assessments, medication administration, and nursing interventions. Documentation in the Treserva system is included. We are looking for substitutes who can work days, evenings, and/or nights as needed. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You who are applying are/have: Licensed nurse Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer and documentation skills Class B driver's license As a person, you are skilled at managing yourself while having good collaboration skills and enjoying working in a team and contributing to good atmosphere and team spirit. You are service-oriented, empathetic, and have good interpersonal skills with everyone you meet.
