Health and social care in Strängnäs is responsible for providing care and rehabilitation to the municipality's residents. Nurses, physiotherapists/physical trainers, occupational therapists, and assistant nurses work in teams here, with the patient at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Standard duties of a district nurse/nurse with patient responsibility in regular housing. This can range from simple medical interventions to more advanced procedures in the patient's own home. We receive most of our assignments from the region and primarily perform primary care level assignments, with occasional specialist care level assignments. Varied work where no two days are the same. You plan your work both independently and together with your team. We use digital signing of health and social care tasks to simplify the daily work of licensed professionals and increase compliance with completed interventions. Working hours are primarily scheduled during daytime but with on-call duty shifts, currently 4-5 evenings per 12-week period, approximately every 6th weekend and public holidays Monday through Friday. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has/is: • A licensed district nurse/nurse with at least one year of experience. • Experienced in working with various digital systems (medical records systems, signing systems, communication systems, and quality registries). • Able to express yourself and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing in Swedish. • Holds a category B driver's license and has good driving experience with a personal vehicle. We would appreciate it if you have experience in health and social care from both regional and municipal operations. We are looking for someone who can build good and secure relationships.
