What we're looking for
You are a licensed nurse, district nurse, or advanced clinical nurse and are interested in varied work tasks. You must be authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare, have good knowledge of Swedish and English, and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing at C1 level. Additionally, we value additional language skills.
You have drive and a good ability to see the bigger picture and want to work at a place where the patient is always at the center. You have genuine patient focus, work without pretense, and enjoy collaborating with different professional categories within and outside the organization.
You have good self-awareness and provide people with security through your expertise and thoroughness—qualities that also make you a good mentor for colleagues and future employees. You are results-oriented and problem-solving.
What you'll work with
We work with patients of different ages with all kinds of health-related problems. As a nurse with us, you'll independently as well as with the team assess and treat these. In addition to reception work, there is an opportunity to develop nurse-led clinics based on needs and areas of interest, such as diabetes, Warfarin/NOAK, incontinence, asthma/COPD, hypertension, mental health.
We have close collaboration with the municipality and other health centers within our primary care area. To meet patient needs, we use among other things digital communication, and we see the patient as an active and obvious participant in their own health. Your workday is structured individually with scheduled meetings, training, and administrative work. Your introduction is planned with your mentor to provide you with confidence in your work.

Job information
You have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position or temporary assignment on full-time or part-time basis. Some service with the shared on-call operations for primary care in Boden may occur. Start date by agreement.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
