As a registered nurse with us, you'll have independent and meaningful work where you contribute to safety, continuity, and high-quality care for people with extensive care and support needs. We are now recruiting three registered nurses for permanent positions: 2 registered nurses for Väst-Teg Care and Residential Facility. 1 registered nurse for Dragonen Care and Residential Facility. Your New Workplaces Väst-Teg Väst-Teg is a newly built, modern care and residential facility with 120 apartments distributed across 12 units. The facility features bright and well-planned spaces, spacious balconies, a café, a glazed outdoor patio, and a garden for outdoor activities. Dragonen Dragonen Care and Residential Facility is located at Dragonfältet with proximity to Umeå city center and transportation. The facility has 96 apartments distributed across 12 units. It features two large outdoor patios, generous balconies on each floor, and excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. About You We are looking for a licensed registered nurse. Experience or further training in district nursing, elderly care, palliative care, or psychiatry is an asset. You are comfortable working with digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You thrive with independent work while also valuing collaboration and the ability to coordinate and maintain continuity in care efforts. As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have a professional and positive approach toward patients, relatives, and colleagues. You contribute to a good work environment, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and are open to learning from others. Personal suitability will be heavily weighted. A B-class driver's license is required for these positions. The workplaces may have pets present and people who smoke. Your role as a registered nurse is to assess, plan, implement, and follow up on health and medical care services based on each patient's situation. You work closely with patients, relatives, nursing staff, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and physicians from the region to create the best possible conditions for safe and coordinated care. You plan work together with your colleagues, have varied and independent work where no two days are the same.
