Addiction Center Malmö (BCM) is part of Adult Psychiatry Malmö/Trelleborg within the Department of Psychiatry, Habilitation and Assistive Devices. BCM is an innovative and dynamic operation with highly engaged staff. The operation is one of the country's largest in the field of substance use disorders. We offer treatment and diagnosis of alcohol, drug, and medication addiction in outpatient care as well as inpatient care for people with addiction problems requiring specialist evaluation and specialist care. We also have a regional mandate for inpatient care for opioid addiction. We have clinics for alcohol and medication abuse, comorbidity, drug addiction with or without neuropsychiatric diagnosis, gambling addiction, as well as youth clinics and accredited clinics for medication-assisted rehabilitation for opioid addiction (LARO). Addiction Center LARO clinic Trelleborg provides treatment for patients with opioid addiction. The clinic is available for those with opioid addiction who wish medication-assisted treatment and rehabilitation. We provide care for approximately 70 patients, many of whom have frequent contact with the clinic. We offer evaluations, pharmacological treatment, psychosocial interventions, group discussions, and family education. To optimize patient care, good collaboration within the clinic team is required, as well as cooperation with other actors such as Social Services, the Social Insurance Agency, and the Correctional Service. Our multidisciplinary team has high expertise across professions: clinic manager, physicians, nurses, psychologist, and medical secretary. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nurse, you are part of the team and together with specialist physicians, you are responsible for your patients' care and treatment. In addition to pharmacological treatment, we work with motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and group treatments based on patients' needs. We collaborate with various actors in psychiatric and somatic care and view cooperation with Social Services, the Correctional Service, the Social Insurance Agency, and the Employment Agency as essential to meeting patients' needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.
