Here you will work alongside a dedicated team of 14 employees focused on care guarantee matters, disease classification, purchased and provided care, and regional dental care support.
Your responsibilities
We are now seeking a nurse for a permanent position where the main duties are related to the care guarantee office.
As a nurse in the care guarantee office, you will provide support to patients and care providers on matters concerning care guarantees, free choice of care provider, and care pathways. You help patients find the right care, coordinate care options, and ensure patients receive care within the care guarantee time limits.
The role involves extensive contact with both patients and care providers, and requires strong service orientation, collaboration skills, and a solution-focused approach.
The position may also include handling of EU/EES healthcare matters, invoice review for purchased care, and work with billing and follow-up of provided care. You will be an important part of the team's collaborative efforts and contribute to developing processes and working methods within the operational area.
Your knowledge and skills
We are seeking a licensed nurse with experience from healthcare.
For this position, we see that you have:
Good knowledge of healthcare organization, patient flows, and care processes.
Ability to make medical assessments and guide patients to the appropriate level of care.
Experience with collaboration and coordination between different care providers and organizations.
Good administrative skills and experience working in multiple digital systems simultaneously.
Ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish.
