We are located in popular Slottsstaden with many nice lunch restaurants nearby and the sea within walking distance. The team consists of approximately 40 employees with various professions. We have registered nurses/specialist nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, and psychologists. We operate a district nurse clinic and nurse-led clinics specializing in diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

DUTIES
As a nurse with us, you can expect a varied day with many different patient encounters and tasks. You will use your expertise, take responsibility, and meet patients in different situations while continuing to develop in your professional role.
Here you work with everything from health prevention measures to caring for acutely ill people. You work with medical advice and assessment, both by phone and at the clinic, and meet people of different ages and backgrounds. The nursing group consists of eight nurses and specialist nurses. We invest in regular continuing education and developing our work methods to create the best possible environment for both patients and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a registered nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. We would like to see prior experience working at a primary care clinic. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have expertise in diabetes care or asthma/COPD.
You have excellent patient communication skills and strong patient focus. You work well in collaboration with your colleagues, but also have the ability to make independent decisions. We want you to have a positive attitude and help find solutions that move us forward. At times, workload is high and you need to feel comfortable with tasks that can quickly vary.
