We are now recruiting a registered nurse for the Care Administration. The placement is currently at Axeltorp, which will be an autonomous unit within the Care Administration's operations from 5/11.

Your Role with Us
Within Kristianstad Municipality, as a registered nurse you have overall responsibility for patients with various diagnoses and care needs. In your role, you work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams together with nursing assistants and rehabilitation staff. As a registered nurse with us, based on patient and operational needs, you have the opportunity to independently plan how your work week should be structured.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse, and we would appreciate it if you have experience working within municipal health and medical care. Since communication and documentation are part of the work, we want you to have good computer skills and to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A Category B driving license for manual transmission is a requirement.
Your personal qualities are very important to us, and we are looking for someone who has good communication skills, promotes a good working environment, and works both independently and in a team. You can create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally, and you collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions. Furthermore, you should be able to prioritize, plan, and at the same time have the ability to perform in a pressured environment and quickly adapt to the day's operational needs.
Upon offer of employment, you are required to provide an extract from the police criminal record register in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Care Administration's operations are directed toward elderly people and people who need functional support as well as people who need home health care. The operations are functionally divided into four operational areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and housing facilities, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national upper secondary school, and the assistive device center in Eastern Scania.
