TINA-mottagningen offers specialist psychiatric outpatient care for patients 18 years and older, where we assess and treat neuropsychiatric and affective conditions under contract with Region Halland. We also conduct work capacity evaluations on behalf of Gothenburg City and several municipalities in the Gothenburg area. Our facilities are conveniently located in Billdal, situated between Gothenburg and Kungsbacka, accessible by bus in approximately 15–20 minutes from central Gothenburg.
We focus on the patient and take a holistic approach, from referral and assessment to treatment and follow-ups. Many patients want to come to our clinic and we receive excellent feedback, which is reflected in patient surveys where we consistently receive high ratings.

About You
We are looking for a registered nurse who has a strong ability to work independently, is creative, and can contribute to positive development of our operation. You need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You should be organized, clear, and flexible. We place great importance on personal suitability. It is a merit if you have experience working in outpatient psychiatry, but general nurses with experience from primary care clinics are also warmly welcome to apply.
About the Position
The work is varied and independent, consisting mainly of medication monitoring, initial assessments, somatic and mental health status evaluation, quality registers, and supportive contact. It also includes motivational work and psychoeducational interventions focused on sleep, physical health, and lifestyle. You will serve as a fixed care contact and collaborate in a team with other healthcare professionals, in close contact with patients and their families. For us, it would be desirable if you can work full-time.
