We are looking for We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who thrive in a professional and developmental work environment. You have good knowledge of common Office programs and speak and write Swedish well. Since travel may occur in the position, a Class B driver's license is a requirement. It is advantageous if you are a specialist nurse in psychiatry and have experience working in psychiatric care and treatment. We appreciate if you have knowledge in medical documentation and it is an advantage if you speak one of Sweden's national minority languages. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. What you will be working with SPOT offers individually tailored psychiatric care in the patient's home environment and functions as a complement to regular outpatient and inpatient care. Through flexible and person-centered interventions, we contribute to creating secure care pathways, reducing the need for inpatient care, and providing patients with support when the need is greatest. We are in an exciting development phase where we are working to strengthen and further develop our working methods. In spring 2027, diagnosis-focused teams will be introduced, providing the opportunity to deepen expertise and contribute to the development of the future of psychiatry. About the role: As a nurse in SPOT, you have a central role in the patient's care journey. You work with qualified psychiatric care and are responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and follow-up of interventions for patients with complex psychiatric issues. The work is independent and varied but always takes place in close collaboration with physicians, team members, and other professionals. You meet patients in their daily lives and contribute to creating security, continuity, and conditions for recovery. Work tasks include, among others: Psychiatric assessments and care planning Medication monitoring and care interventions Supportive and motivating conversations Collaboration with family members, municipalities, and other care providers Participation in development and improvement work SPOT also staffs a daily assessment function where the team, together with physicians, assesses patients with acute deterioration in well-being and serves as support to neighboring care units.
