Job Responsibilities As a care-responsible nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general nursing care. You will have a central role in the team, working closely with other professional groups with the residents at the center. Through your medical knowledge, we see that you will find solutions that create security and added value for the residents. You supervise staff and students, and provide support and advice to family members. You will work together with colleagues to create meaningful days for the residents. Qualifications You are a licensed nurse and preferably with experience in this field. It is meritious if you have instructor training or other relevant further education. You should have great commitment, a positive attitude toward development, and be attracted to situations where innovative thinking and creativity are involved.
