JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a registered nurse in the resource unit with a focus on LSS, you work with the normalization principle and try to motivate patients to seek care services. You offer help according to the threshold principle with customary nursing tasks based on the Health and Medical Care Act. As a registered nurse within LSS, you need to work proactively together with your colleagues in the multiprofessional team. We place great emphasis on cooperation and collaboration. As a registered nurse within LSS, collaboration with your two nearest nursing colleagues, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, educational developer, care personnel, and unit managers is included. You work to ensure that patients have participation in their daily lives. As the responsible nurse, you are part of maintaining patient safety in Landskrona Municipality. The assignment includes traditional tasks for a responsible nurse in municipal primary care. Supporting and encouraging staff, relatives, and other care providers is part of your responsibilities. The work involves contacts within your own operations and with other care providers, hospital care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region. You will be in contact with medical technology and patients with complex care needs. We want your work to be characterized by an ethical approach and carried out in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills, work toward good results, and take responsibility. You work methodically and with a scientific approach. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse. Experience working within LSS is desirable. As the responsible nurse, you are part of maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Omsorg. We would like you to have experience in the profession. Since communication and documentation are part of the job responsibilities, you need good computer skills and must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. We would like you to have good experience documenting in the Lifecare journal system and experience working with the systems Mina planer and Pascal. A driver's license (category B) is required for this position.
