What we are looking for We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, at least C1 level, and experience working in healthcare. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Finnish and English, and if you have specialist training as a district nurse or in acute care. Experience from acute care or a health center is also advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and service-oriented. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and take the broader perspective into account, and you work in a structured and independent manner. Furthermore, you value diversity and work well with others. What you will work with As a nurse at our rural health center, you will work with a holistic approach to the individual patient. Work tasks include emergency reception, scheduled patient visits, availability by phone and digital platforms. You will also regularly work at our branch clinics, meeting patients in their local environment. BVC (child health) clinic work is also part of your tasks if you have specialist training as a district nurse. Our Primary Care goals focus on preventive health for all individuals regardless of age. To ensure good and safe care for individuals in rural areas, the health center collaborates with other units in the community, and we also continue working with Nära Vård (Close Care). Two days/4 weeks, scheduled weekend placement on the AMV department (General Medical Care Ward) at the health center is included in the position. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
