As a registered nurse, you are responsible for care and work together with the entire team to provide excellent person-centered care with the individual at the center. In your role, you guide care and support staff in daily work.
The position involves daytime shifts Monday through Sunday with varying hours. Start date by agreement.
Are you our new colleague?
We are looking for a licensed registered nurse who is confident in your role and has experience in elderly care. If you have specialist training in a relevant area, that is a merit. We apply a theme-based working approach at our core, which requires strong collaboration and communication skills, but you are also expected to work independently when the situation requires it. This means taking your own initiative, taking responsibility, and acting in a solution-oriented manner when you encounter challenges.
The position requires strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and we place great importance on personal suitability. Given Poesin's focus, we view it positively if you have knowledge of and interest in literature and culture.
About Senior Living Facility Poesin
Stockholms Sjukhem aims to provide more people with the opportunity for individualized elderly care based on their needs. The facility offers 60 apartments distributed over three floors and has been named Poesin with a connection to literature, as culture is something we value highly.
Within elderly care, we have a unique organization for health and medical services. The physician responsible for medical services at senior living facilities under the foundation is employed by us. This strengthens continuity and collaboration in our professional teams. We have a drive and willingness to meet the individual and provide quality care based on our concept A Good Home. A concept rooted in the foundation's charter from 1867.
