Make a difference. Every day. Join us in developing the future of neurological care together! Do you want to work in an environment where collaboration, learning, and patient focus are as important as medical expertise? Do you want to be involved in building, influencing, developing, and not just executing? Then this could be the right place for you! At Hässleholm Hospital, exciting developments are underway. As part of an ongoing reorganization, the neurological inpatient care is now being established as its own care unit. This represents a unique opportunity to jointly create structures, work methods, and routines that ensure high quality, good working conditions, and the best possible care for our patients. Here, you'll be part of an organization where we believe in the power of teamwork, where different professions contribute their expertise, learn from each other, and take shared responsibility for the whole. Our care unit focuses on the investigation, treatment, and follow-up of patients with diseases and injuries to the brain and nervous system, such as stroke, epilepsy, and tumor diseases. Patients often have complex needs, which places high demands on collaboration, structure, and professionalism. We work closely with the medical unit, emergency department, rehabilitation medicine, and outpatient care to create safe care transitions and a cohesive care pathway. The neurological mission is clear, and the work is characterized by commitment, respect, and shared learning in a multidisciplinary team. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a registered nurse with us, you'll have varied and stimulating work where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for patient care, treatment, and care planning. The hospital also has a training unit with nursing instructors and nursing assistant instructors who ensure a safe introduction and continuous professional development. We believe that development happens best in everyday work, through dialogue, reflection, and improvement efforts together.
