Hemlingsborg Care and Housing Facility serves people with dementia or major care needs. The facility has a total of 80 apartments as well as spaces for respite stays. Here you will find, among other things, opportunities for rehabilitation training, spa, hairdresser, and foot care. The facility also offers a pleasant environment with balconies facing the courtyard and a large roof terrace with a winter garden. For visitors, there is also the option of overnight stays in a special guest apartment. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you passionate about providing people with the safe and quality care they deserve? We are now looking for a dedicated and competent nurse who wants to become part of our wonderful team at Hemlingsborg Care and Housing Facility. As a nurse, you work in health promotion and prevention to strengthen the patient's well-being. You are responsible for medical assessments, thorough documentation, and registration in relevant quality registers. The role also includes identifying development needs, leading improvement work to raise the standard of care. Patient rounds take place at a listed health center with a responsible physician. HSL documentation is done in Treserva; planning is done in TES. Lifecare is used for communication between care providers. Your duties include, among other things: • Performing health and care services. • Being responsible for care for a number of patients at the facility. • Conducting and planning medical assessments and following up on care interventions. • Sample collection, infusions, dressing changes, and end-of-life care. • Working in a team with Physical Therapist/Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Physician. • Participating in our consulting services in evenings and weekends. • Supervising and delegating care tasks to colleagues and students. The position is primarily based on daytime work, but the schedule includes evening and weekend shifts. You will then work in our consulting services, which includes the municipality's care and housing facilities, home healthcare, and service and group homes within LSS and social psychiatry. As a final candidate, you must be able to provide a police conduct certificate for work in the home with elderly people and people with disabilities. This should not be attached to your application. QUALIFICATIONS You are a confident and experienced nurse who wants to work at a care facility for the elderly because caring for older people is meaningful and important. Here, as a nurse, you can contribute your knowledge and provide care to our patients. We are looking for you who: • Are a licensed nurse. • Have experience working in elderly care or similar healthcare. • Have a B driver's license and driving experience. • Have a good ability to make independent medical assessments. • Are confident in handling medications and are experienced in documentation, preferably Treserva.
