About the Operation
The Hematology and Nephrology Department in Örnsköldsvik is part of the Close Care Area North. Our close care area includes the hospital in Örnsköldsvik and six region-operated health centers. The area also has a private healthcare center and a municipal operation. We have approximately 530 employees total and two operations managers. We place high value on developing our operations, patient safety, competency development, and work environment.
Our team consists of a mix of individuals of different ages, both men and women. A positive atmosphere and good collaboration characterize the department. Work with us includes working 2 out of 5 weekends, day and evening shifts, with the possibility of night shifts. Orientation is provided by experienced nurses working on the department.
We are now seeking two nurses for this team currently placed in the Hematology and Nephrology Department! These are permanent full-time positions with a start date by agreement.
Job Responsibilities
As a nurse with us, you work in a team with physicians, nursing assistants, occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, social worker, and dietitian. You are responsible for, among other things:
Patient care
Monitoring of vital parameters
Medication management
Implementation of prescribed treatment
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
Are a licensed nurse
Have experience working as a nurse
Have good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
It is a merit if you:
Have nephrology and hematology knowledge
Have good English language skills, both verbal and written
