Forellplan consists of two five-story buildings connected by a sky bridge. There are a total of 124 apartments, of which 60 are for dementia care and the remaining apartments provide somatic nursing care. 2 position(s). At Forellplan Care and Housing Facility, you have the opportunity to create security, build relationships, and contribute to good, person-centered care for our elderly. With us, you become an important part of an engaged team of five nurses and one nursing assistant. Together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nursing staff, you work to promote patients' health, independence, and well-being. Your responsibilities: As a nurse at Forellplan Care and Housing Facility, you have a central role in ensuring safe, secure, and person-centered care. You work independently but also closely with other professionals in the team. Your responsibilities include: • Being responsible for nursing care for a number of patients and following their care over time. • Making medical assessments and planning, implementing, and following up nursing interventions. • Working with sampling, infusions, dressing changes, and end-of-life care. • Collaborating closely with doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other nursing staff. • Supervising and delegating nursing tasks to staff and students. • Documenting and registering in relevant systems and quality registers. HSL documentation is done in Treserva, planning in TES, and Lifecare is used for communication between care providers. Patient rounds take place together with the responsible doctor at the listed health center. With us, you get meaningful and varied work where you can use all your nursing expertise. The position is largely during daytime hours, but evening and weekend shifts are included in the schedule. During these shifts, you work in our consulting service, which covers the municipality's care and housing facilities, home care services, and service and group homes within the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a licensed nurse. • Have experience working in elderly care or similar care activities. • Have a B driver's license and good driving skills. • Are confident in making independent medical assessments and handling medications. • Have experience with documentation in digital health record systems, preferably Treserva.
