We are now seeking a registered nurse for Bräcke Healthcare Center Nyhälsan in Nässjö, with a branch in Forserum. Your role in the team As a nurse with us, you will use your experience broadly, from counseling and assessment to treatment and follow-up. You will have your own nursing clinic and meet patients both in-person and digitally. The role involves significant independent responsibility, while colleagues are nearby when you need to discuss or think through things together. Around the patient, you will collaborate with doctors, district nurses, care coordinators, rehabilitation, and the psychosocial team. This provides multiple perspectives and good opportunities to find solutions based on the patient's full situation. Practical information about the position The work is divided between the healthcare center in Nässjö and the branch in Forserum. Some duty at the urgent care center in Eksjö is also part of the assignment. The position is a permanent full-time employment, though an employment level of 80 percent can be discussed. About us at Nyhälsan Nyhälsan is a medium-sized healthcare center with approximately 7,800 registered patients. We work with the entire general medical mandate and have specialized clinics in areas such as diabetes and asthma/COPD. Continuity and long-term patient relationships are important to us, with multiple competencies available within the organization. We are part of Bräcke diakoni, which through shared networks connects five healthcare centers in Region Jönköping and Västra Götaland. Who we are looking for We are seeking someone who has worked for a few years as a registered nurse and has experience from primary care. You are comfortable making independent assessments, but also appreciate close collaboration with colleagues. Since we work in teams and receive people in training, we want you to willingly share your knowledge and participate in learning together with others. Qualifications Swedish nursing license Experience working in primary care Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Further education as a district nurse Competence in areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, or heart failure We welcome your application!
