Description Ward 24 is a general psychiatry ward at the S:t Görans Hospital area, Kungsholmen, and is part of Northern Stockholm Psychiatry, NSP. We have specialist expertise in caring for patients with personality disorders, autism, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and anxiety disorders. The ward has 16 care beds and we work in a person-centered manner with focus on the patient's own resources and participation in care. We strive for effective care pathways with care durations adapted to the patient's needs and voluntary care to the greatest extent possible. As a registered nurse, you work in a multiprofessional team together with physicians, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants. Duties We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied workday where you combine direct patient care with responsibility, coordination, and clinical prioritization. As a registered nurse, you lead and are responsible for nursing care and participate in the entire care process. You plan, implement, evaluate, and follow up nursing interventions together with the patient and other team members. The work involves many contact points and periodically a high pace. You therefore need to be able to prioritize, create structure, and maintain overview when multiple matters need to be handled simultaneously. Qualifications We are looking for a registered nurse with an interest in psychiatry.
